Joe Tickle Racing

Racing Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership. Joining the Joe Tickle Racing Club entitles the member to the benefits described on the Racing Club page, including the raceday badge ballot, updates from Joe, organised yard visits, member events and the prize money raffle, for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Benefits may be added, changed, or withdrawn from time to time, with reasonable notice to members where practical.

2. Fees & Billing. Membership is available on a monthly plan (£50, billed monthly in advance) or an annual plan (£500, billed upfront and covering 12 months). The annual plan renews automatically at the then-current price after 12 months unless cancelled beforehand. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

3. Cancellation. Members may cancel at any time via their Stripe customer portal. For the monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further payments will be taken. For the annual plan, cancelling stops future renewal, but the current 12-month period already paid for is non-refundable and membership benefits continue until it ends.

4. Right to Change Your Mind.If you are a consumer joining online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, unless you have asked us to start providing membership benefits straight away, in which case that right may not apply once benefits have been provided. If you believe this applies to you, contact us and we'll talk you through your options.

5. Prize Money Raffle & No Guarantee of Returns. Every time one of the club horses wins, members are entered into a raffle for a chance to win a portion of the prize money, in place of a fixed per-member share. Racehorse ownership and club membership carry no guarantee of winnings, placings, or returns of any kind.

6. Liability.Joe Tickle Racing's liability to members is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Changes to These Terms. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the club or the law. We'll post the updated terms here and, where changes materially affect existing members, let you know directly.

8. Contact. Questions about your membership or these terms can be sent to us via the contact page.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English and Welsh courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
